During activities we will do everything we can to guide and advise you in the best possible way. However, joining a Just Running activity is at your own risk. So make sure you are fit and healthy when you participate!

If you have health problems, or if you have doubts whether you should join an activity because of health issues, please seek advice from a specialist. Running is an injury prone sport. Just Running is not liable under any circumstance for any direct or indirect damages:

  • any injuries you during or afterwards your participation
  • other injuries and/or other damage arising during or after your participation
  • loss of, or damage to, personal property during or after your participation

Signing up and payment

If you would like to join a Just Running activity, you have to pay at least one week prior to the start of the activity. Your registration is complete upon receipt of your payment.

Cancellation by the participant

If you have registered and paid for an activity in time, cancel your registration is possible up to 48 hours before the start of the activity. You need to do this by sending an email to message@justrunning.nl stating the activity you are canceling, the date of the activity you are canceling, your name and the reason for the cancellation. You will always receive a confirmation email from Just Running that your participation has been cancelled. If you cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start of the activity, Just Running will refund your registration fee minus 20% administration costs. If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to the start of the activity, you will pay the full registration fee and Just Running will not refund your payment.

Cancellation by Just Running

If Just Running cancels an activity, the registered participants will receive a full refund of their payment. Unless an alternative date is agreed upon in mutual consultation and with the consent of all registered participants. As far as weather conditions are concerned, an activity will only be canceled in extremely bad weather circumstances. Think of extreme cold or heat, snow or thunderstorms. In that case, we will move to an indoor location if possible, or a new date will be agreed upon in mutual consultation with all participants.
